owners, Vans LLC in the sale of the full service Lake
Winnipesaukee landmark “The Wolfeboro Inn”.
The 44-room waterfront boutique inn was acquired by HC LLC
for $7,800,000 ($177,272) per room in August of 2007.
Included in the sale were the Inn, the historic 150 seat
Wolf’s Tavern restaurant and the 65 foot 150-passenger
“Winnipesaukee Belle” replica paddle wheel cruise boat.
Wolfeboro, known as the “Oldest summer resort in America” is
located on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee in
central New Hampshire.
